Using the service

FutureCapsule is provided for personal use subject to these terms, applicable law, and platform rules. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access some features. You are responsible for the accuracy of information associated with your account and for activity that occurs using your account.

User content

You retain responsibility for content you upload, create, or send through FutureCapsule. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content or use the service in a way that interferes with other users or the service itself.

Purchases and subscriptions

If FutureCapsule offers paid features, purchases made through the App Store are billed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds for App Store transactions are generally handled through Apple.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt app functionality.
• Do not use the service to violate privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
• Do not submit malicious code, spam, or fraudulent content.

Availability and changes

Features, pricing, and service availability may change over time. Maintenance, outages, or updates may temporarily affect access to all or part of the service.

Termination

Accounts or access may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Except as required by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
